Best toasted steak and mushroom sauce in town!!! Never had any bad food or service

If you’re looking for a quick but good meal, this is the place to go. Apple bite has such a variety of take away food. They are quick and have a decent price range.

If I had to suggest a meal, their Toasted Chicken Mayo, Beef Curry and Burgers are truly awesome !

Sometimes the staff are not very enthusiastic however this doesn’t affect their cooking and you only have to converse with them for a total of like 5 minutes.

This is definitely somewhere I would recommended going if you’re looking for an old fashioned roadhouse feel!

Holy cow!! this place is still going. I used to live in the flats behind it and their hot dogs were my staple diet....for about two years. Tried it again last week for old timers sake as I was in the area. It's still the same! Ok, prices have had to adjust according to Zuma economics but the portions and taste is still good ól applebite. Won't bring a date here but when i'm on the road selling crappy (false) financial advice, an applebite hot dog will bring back my wonderful edenvale memories.
